I found the location was great and near the waterfront. the large suite with a sectional couch was very useful. staff members were friendly and helpful. They provided informations i needed. the pool, hot tub, and sauna in the health club proved to be an added bonus.
the building's shared usage meant there was no dedicated hotel lobby. that was a little inconvenience.

the LOCATION was really great, so close to everything. the room was clean, and I was happy with that. i had no problems with noise at ALL so that was great.
the wifi was BAD, i had trouble connecting. the elevator took FOREVER, so I had to wait long. there was also no free breakfast, and i like free food.

Wonderful Stay Downtown

the harbor view from the executive king suite was amazing, especially with the city lights at night. early check-in was appreciated and i was able to settle in immediately. i found the front desk staff helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. the proximity to the skytrain made airport transfers very easy.
the absence of a porter upon arrival was a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage.

the staff was helpful to me. the location near the waterfront proved very useful. i could easily reach nearby attractions on foot. the room was super clean it had a mini kitchen with a coffee machine.
i found the lobby smelly. i noticed that there was no valet service. parking cost extra and i found it quite expensive. there was also no room service after 7 pm i stayed hungry one evening.

The room felt quite dated and not as luxurious as I expected. The furniture seemed old. The bathroom was also a disappointment. The fan made a lot of noise.

I enjoyed a clean, accessible room near the harbor. Bars and restaurants were within an easy walk. I liked that parking was available under the building. It was accessible around the clock. The suite included plenty of room for privacy.
I found a lack of amenities. There exist no bar or restaurant. I thought the receptionist was unhelpful at arrival.
